10% needs to be changed to 30%, it will make people enjoy the game so much more

I am going to copy and paste my comment to Garlaanx's latest video about the new Dark Maiden gloves which have a 10% chance to do 150 magnitude damage around you on crit strike. He was unimpressed with them, and i wasn't surprised. Here was my reply and i hope someone from Cryptic can take this into consideration for the enjoyment of the game.

"The 10% mechanic in the game has always been awful, with companion bonuses it seems a bit all over the place, some comps trigger more than others but still so low effect they are not worth it. I think Cryptic should buff all 10% effects to be like ratpup and have a 30% chance. I mean they should want to make the game more fun and not worry that 30% is too much, because 10% chance is too low meaning 99% of all companion bonuses are never ever used, a waste. So this 150 magnitude would automatically be better just by triggering more often even without buffing the damage."

I think this 30% mark would make a huge amount of companion bonuses playable and peoples builds would become so much more diverse, like when they removed weapon damage and now people run all kinds of weapons. Plus they could make it so the percentage starts of low for green rarity but increases to 30% through to mythic. That kinda makes it more fair to earn that percentage bonuses because you paid for it too. So many fun effects, none worth using because they never trigger
