Won't proc on Bova at all.

Powers it will proc on stop after first time if you continue to attack uninterrupted. Replicated in combat and test dummy. Hfr and eldritch atwill proc midnight malady but if you continue to attack it will not reproc untill you stop attacking for 5 seconds or are using only powers that cannot proc it.

Sit at test dummy and continuous use of eldritch blast will replicate problem., or any combination of powers that proc it used within 5 seconds of initial proc will break it as well. Cooldown is extended indefinitely if using powers that proc bonus.....

Tested on cw, all aoe encounters and atwills break it as well.
