Harvester of Nightmares Completion bug

I picked up the daily quest, and completed the skirmish. But after I was done the quest wasn't in my journal anymore, I couldn't turn in any quest and the only quest the guy had was inception. I checked the daily counter and it hadn't increased from the day before, and I didn't have any more event tokens. I also don't run the event quest on any other character so I know that wasn't messing with it.
