Mysterious Mechanical Egg

The possibility of exchanging eggs for a mithril egg was disabled without telling about it beforehand. I have collected all 15 pieces of eggs and cannot exchange them. The event was not temporary and it was not told that such a possibility would be disabled. What to do for players who have collected eggs. And why this feature was disabled. I wrote to the technical service with this problem and they could not help me for more than 4 months.

It was definitely announced that we had until a certain date to trade in the eggs.

This post is not a request to put the NPC back, I know that you rarely listen to us when we try to help you to make a good game, but I feel like it's the right thing to do: if I leave this game is not because it's boring or because I've find another better game, but because I feel like someone joke me. I feel like I'm loosing my time hoping that a game with a world that I love like Faerun, with a lore and gameplay interesting and fun can be a good game... but it's a sadly reality: I'm loosing my time.
