Brimstone Cache and Support

On October 16 I purchased the Brimstone Cache from the Zen Market. I never received it and contacted support after I logged out and back in, because sometimes that works from the Tradebar guy. Anyhow I contacted support and got asked all kinds of questions-I had bought a pointless profession bag of supplements earlier that had not one thing that worked, and they kept talking about that. The B cache was suppose to have 2 tokens of participation, 1 challenge, 1 achievement, I wanted to add to whatever I got from the HellPit. There was a tank companion I really wanted which turned out to be something I didn't want but thats why I got the cache. The latest from support was that they can't do anything, what you get is chance, and if you don't like what you got oh well. They are ignoring the fact I never got anything, and the zen was taken out for it so the purchase sure should be traceable. Anyone got any ideas on how I can get some help. Support can be helpful sometimes but this Sailor Mu is deliberately twisting the problem into something it isn't. I never got it period,
