Bugs - no 'new post' button for bug forum and no astral box in the WB

I went to post in bug forum but could not see a 'new post' button.
Also, as stated, the 15% discount is live in the WB but no Astral Diamond lockboxes.

    Sometimes I load the forum and there are no buttons to post things or comment, it's like I'm not logged in but I am because I can see I am top right, so I hit F5 to refresh the tab and it is fine again.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    I also usually have to refresh the page to see the new post or comment box, if that helps.
