Hello,
There is an issue with Rogue's Duelist's Flurry at-will power where the character gets pushed back while doing the flurry animation and does not apply bleed effects or deal any damage with the flurry's quick attacks, this happens when fighting certain dragons.
Crown of Kedlegonn Master:
When the Dragon is separated from Valindra, attacking it with the at-will from behind will cause the flurry's animation will push the character behind and deal no damage or bleed effects.
Dragon hunts:
So far throughout my gameplay I've noticed this so farm happening only with the Green Dragon, I also have some footage of this available

Comments
The At-Will "Deulist Flurry" on the Rogue, the last part of the combo, does not hit anything when attacking dragons from behind. This occurs in Dragon Hunts and in Crown of Keldegonn! (just not in the first phase) This causes the Bleed effect to not trigger and so we lose up to 20% of our overall damage!
This issue has been escalated for investigation, thanks!
