Assassin's Dice artifact does not have Remove All Item Binding Option

The new Assassin's Dice artifact does not have the option to unbind it.

I know that some artifacts do not have that option because they are infinitely reclaimable, but the Assassin's Dice is not one of those. Allowing us to unbind artifacts is an enormous quality of life improvement!

i agree on this, just because farming the new artifact is complete RNG. i've done over 200 MHE/BHEs and it dropped 5 times for me. yesterday however, it dropped 0 times. should be unbindable atleast on mythic, as a green assassin choker is really cheap.
