Extreme lag happens in mtos

First boss when spiders spawn major lagg, tested and up and downloaded speeds and latency 2uthjng 3xcept3d results. Loading and playing other games work fine. Second boss on 50% same lag intermittently, third boss on 50% same lag when poison spawns. Closing game and restarting fixes it but returns again withing next 2 3 runs. Causing massive loss of resources when it occurs wasting buffs and scrolls. Turns 30 min run into an hour run....its as bad as cok when summoned spawned off map. please fix
