1) Log in to a level 20 oathkeeper paladin
2) Choose prayer of opportunity paragon feat
3) slot both divine touch and divine shelter
4) Cast healing encounters repeatedly till multiple instances of divinity bare are consumed.
5) keep eyes on buff bar looking for prayer of opportunity proc.
Observed Result:
Does not proc
Expected Result:
Prayer of opportunity 🙏 proc allowing hand of divinity to cost 0 divinity
