Cannot View or Change Companions

I was hoping this issue on my character would have made it into the mod24 patch, but it didn't so I raise it here. Others may or may not have experienced this:

On FBI reapers last boss campfire 10/22 around 3:20pm Central, I switched to augment companion Polar Bear Cub. I tried switching to another companion Rat Pup and could no longer switch my summoned companion, or view any companions. After dungeon, I tried restarting the game and the Xbox and the issue persists.

Error says: Nothing matches your Display Option or search criteria

I have not experienced this issue before. I've switched companions in the middle of a dungeon before. In this particular dungeon FBI, this was the first time switching companions - before the last boss. I had the Stalwart Lion on before the Polar Bear Cub. We had failed the ice mechanic, so I switched to augment.

Did you apply a filter to your companion's list?

It seems there was a filter. I went to manage all companions, clear, view all and it worked thanks.
