Can't disable Mask of the fallen belt item

I equipped the item to test it but now I can't change back to my normal look. I tried toggling it after the cooldown ended but that just activated the 30 second cooldown but did nothing to my look. I also tried removing it from my belt slot but that also didn't change my looks.

After just staying logged in for about 10 minutes after attempting to toggle, it finally changed back to normal.

I reported this before as I bought the mask of the fallen toward the start of the event. As a workaround if you have another visage you can equip that to your belt and enable it which will swap you to that look and then hit it again after the cooldown and it will disappear. I think they know it's bugged already.
