Some Equip bonus buffs gone after cutscenes.

So it occurred to me that buffs that rely on you to keep moving (like the one on Vale Tunic) are gone after a cut-scene. But since you can't do anything about it, I think this should be fixed so that these buffs will persist through cut-scenes !
