Refinement trade in bug?

Hi. I just have some old enchantment and wanted to trade in but the value for them is incorrect, I guess. In the dev blog it is said that the value for old rank 14 enchantment is 120 medallions but when I try to exchange the, the UI shows only 12 medallions. Is it right?

Normal enchantment rank 14 gets 12.
Weapon/Armor enchantment rank 14 gets 120.
