Tiamat set

The new tiamat set is procing an icon on buff bar, and does seem to apply the damage resistance of 8%, but the critical avoidance of 8% is not being applied to the stat. Ran ACT, and it does not appear to apply outside of the stat either. So only 1/2 of the bonus is being applied for the set.
