PS4: Tome of Strad missing, unable to retrieve from The Old Mill mission

Arc Support suggested I write a post to see if anyone else is having my issue. Oct 8, 2022
I ran the mission Old Mill in Barovia, and after dumping the water on the witch in the building, killing the witch, and her brooms, then kicking the door to free the hostages, I went to pick up the Tome from the table.... and there was Nothing to pick up. It was an empty sparkle. Zero Strad's Tome. I completed the mission, grumbling. I spoke to Danika in the tavern to run Bonegrinder to see if maybe it could be found a second try. NOPE.
I cannot complete the Campaign until I have all 3 pieces to do the Castle Ravenloft task.

Can you cancel the quest through the journal?

To plasticbat, not sure that's even possible. The missing Strad's Tome was to be retrieved during the Bonegrinder mission the very first walk through in Ravenloft/Barovia. I have since re-ran that mission nearly a dozen times trying to get the Tome to appear. I cannot undo Barovia as a campaign whole, that's simply not an option.
