XBOX ONE additional issues following latest patch

in additions to the issues already raised the following have been observed since the latest patch:
- when a group is disbanded, there is a chance people will get disconnected even outside of dungeons
- when a player dies in HC mode there is a chance players will get disconnected. it might be related to the point above.
- the friends list is bugged out players are showing up often without their character (the same as they would if they were in neverwinter but in the main menu rather than in game) making it impossible to send them messages or engage with them in game (e.g. to get invited to queues etc)
- graphic issues across all maps, e.g. light is darked, potals dont show the other side now they just show grey background,
- graphics in cradle of the death god are extremelly messed up with random pillars appearing in the middle of the eleveator and a messy background,
