I just claimed my Rothe Valley EXP reward from the claim agent and it did not apply to the 2nd section, The Upper Crust

Because it does not apply to the 2nd section, "The Upper Crust". It is for the 1st section, "Take Stock of Life" only.



The name of the it told you what it does. This is a make good package to compensate those who could not use Random queue to get Rothe Valley credit of the first section for few days after Sept 1st. If you finished the 1st section, it is useless to you. And that is why I still have that in my claim agent.
