10.70 launch error

With the latest patch downloaded, I am now unable to start the game. When I launch from my PS4, it shows the Jewel of the North image, but then immediately gets an error and will not load.

Can someone at Arc make an executive decision and ROLL BACK? You can try again another day. You are losing revenue and players.
