Air and darkness rings still broken

This report related to the upcoming patch, tests were made in version: NV.275.20220901b.1
Air defender:
Damage from Air defender not affected by some damage buffs:
Damage not affected by: The Bigger They Are, Batiri's Wisdom, Soul Sight Crystal;
Damage affected by: Tenser's Transformation, Magnificent Inspiration, Neverwinter Knight's Discipline, Voracious Might, Executioner's Blade;
Dooming Darkness:
Missing the debuff icon (changed to the poison icon after one of the reworks). I think it would be clearer if you use Ring of darkness icon (same as before patch) or Diamond shard icon (icon from the Queen's Empowerment set).
Crits:
After second rework all 4 effects lost ability to dealing critical hits which made them less powerful for players with a high critical stats.
Note: current version of the rings:
Touch of Wind: 200 magnitude damage with 1 second cooldown;
Lingering Darkness: 50 magnitude damage every second for 10 seconds (11 hits) with 10 seconds cooldown;
Aery Defender: 100 magnitude damage from every hit (up to 6 hits) with 10 seconds cooldown;
Dooming Darkness: 30 magnitude damage every second for 10 seconds (10 hits) + 300 magnitude damage additional hit with 10 seconds cooldown;
P.S.
It was quite funny to read that 600 non-critical single target magnitude damage is a half of a daily. I checked dps of the new version of the Band of Air: Touch of Wind is approximately 1.7% of my total damage. Seems like this ring become worse even than the common VoS rings.
