No lockbox prizes for half an hour and counting

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Playing on PS4 as of this time and noticed no notable lockbox prizes of any kind have dropped for at least 30 minutes.

It seems weird with the Astral lockboxes out not to have seen at least one person get a Legendary or a Mythic in that time

Can you check something hasn't been switched off by mistake?
