Critical bugs with companions AI

Bug - companions cannot attack "large" enemies (enemies with a large radius):

I don't know the reason for this behavior, perhaps companions incorrectly calculate the attack range and do not take into account the width of the enemy (the player's attack range is additionally increased by the enemy's radius, allowing melee powers to be used on wide enemies), or companions incorrectly calculate distance for the attack and standing too far from enemy to use any powers.

Bug - companions get stuck in some DeathZones.

In general there are 2 types of DeathZones in the game: "Hard-DeathZones" which kill player without an option to revive, and "Soft-DeathZones" which kill player with an option to revive. When a companion falls in the Hard-DeathZone, the game resummon it near the player. But when a companion falls in the Soft-DeathZone, companion will stay in the DeathZone in the NearDeath state. When companion revives itself after some time, DeathZone will immidiatly kill it again. So companion will repeatedly dying and reviving until the player changes a map. Could you change Soft-DeathZones so they resummon companions too or add an option for dead companions to teleport to the player same as in the alive state?
