Radiant rune board

I have consistently messaged about this but get no response from devs. I brought a radiant rune board put it on all my characters and instead of hovering above the ground it is in the ground. Devs can you fix this ? I've sent messages to support who sent me here. But I don't get why yall passing the buck. This in game product needs to be fixed. Its not a dragonborn issue because I've seen other dragonborn on theirs and they don't have an issue
