RUNNING A WORKSHOP QUEST STUCK

Revisit this 2021 closed topic please. My character is stuck in the quest, no response from support. Unable to reset or restart by abandoning the quest. The stuck character cannot participate in the Summer Festival crafting. This is frustrating.
