"Summer Festival" Quest avail in 27 Days

The quest actually named "Summer Festival" can't be done (again?) for 27 days. Seems wrong. I can still play, so its not a priority. Unless you think this will be causing future glitches. Thought I'd let you know jic.

    I believe that this is the introductory quest, so it would be intended. One per event.

    That is the quest you got automatically and completed automatically when you entered Summer Festival map.
    It is a 'repeatable' quest (once every year).
