Band of Air and Reagents Required

Hi, just a suggestion/feedback...
The Band of Air is an account bound item, yet the reagents required for it are character bound.
It would be nice if the reagents required for it were also account bound.
This gives a player flexibility when forming a group with guild members of doing the run with a class needed and not just being limited to playing a character that is missing a reagent.
Either this or make the BoA character bound along with the reagents.
