Saha Flowers not Repopping

Depending on the instance you are on, the Saha flowers may not be there, they may not be pickable, and they are not repopulating once they are picked. This has been going on for a couple of years. It would be really nice if you fixed them.
As a side, this is happening on ALL events where you have to pick things up like fireworks, pumpkins, etc.
