Status of non-existent explorer charts for professions

I am a mastercrafter for my guild. I was pinged by a player looking for rank 5 critical avoidance potions. Apparently these are craft-able yet there does not seem to be a way of acquiring twisted toadstool. According to Rainier’s database these come Explorer charts: twisted caverns. So my question is are these charts going to ever be available to Xbox? and why are they not currently? They recipe is listed under Chultan masterworks alchemy. Thanks.
