1) Went to Merchant at Moonstone Mask
2) Purchased a Treasure Chest for 32 Pouches
3) Opened it and got two black gems (pearls or opals--they refined for 200 refinement points)
4) Studied the list of possible contents in horror - these are not listed
Observed Result:
Waukeen's Treasure Chest is giving rewards that are far, far, FAR less valuable than anything listed as possible rewards.
Expected Result:
Receiving something listed as a possible reward.
