Please fix the tooltip of that ring or say that it giving bonus to mele power. Some of classes got encounter powers / Atwills that are not mele and ring doesn't affect them, So please change tooltip of the ring or make it work on every encounter when Character stay close to the target.

    Maybe it is a ring that is intended solely for melee fighters.

    It's getting fixed in tomorrow's patch.
