Patrol Quests Enemies Untargetable

In the Hunt and Gather Patrol quest from Port Nyanzaru, when you enter the temple there's enemies on a raised patch of ground in the room that can't be targeted. They have to be led off the mound to attack them. This is the same for any of the patrol quests with enemies on that raised ground.
