Can't unlock Aasimar Race after buying it in Zen store

Anyone else have this problem?
I purchased the Aasimar race bundle from the Zen Store during its limited period. Saved it until I decided which toon I wanted to use the reroll on. Now I can't open it -- error message says it cannot be purchased (after I have already "purchased" it).
It's either a bug or a bad choice on the part of the developers/coders to limit actually opening it up to the time frame it was for sale.
And before anyone asks, yes, I've submitted a ticket.
PS: I don't like the idea that I have to accept cookies from Google or anything associated with Meta. Rethink that one, GearBox, because both have sold or allowed access to user data by companies that shouldn't have access or when it wasn't really legal.
