Jubilee, Where is Elminster?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I have a quest titled, An Eminent Guest at the Jubilee. Meet with Elimister. It shows him being at the fireworks platform, but he's not there, unless he's hiding really well or he's invisible. :)

    Jubilee was last week.

    Ha! Wow no wonder I couldn't find him on the fireworks stage. Lol! Why did it give me that quest and blow my mind line that! XD Thank you!
