Locked out of Maps on Console

No screencaps to share as I don't know where my USB drives are.

I have 4 toons and I've observed each of them are locked out of already-opened maps for campaign and endgame adventures. Two cannot access the New Sharandar Campaign at all (campaign's advanced way beyond the opening mission), two are locked out of the River District despite opening those quests ages ago, Same for Barovia, despite starting—and in one case finishing—the campaign.

Any advice that isn't delete my toons & cut my loses?

What are their item level?
Having you been playing all along and suddenly this happens? Or, you have just come back after a long time.

3/4 40K+, Last one's at a 27K or so. Only took a break in Feb, been back grinding since March.

Update: that it seems to have cleared up, though the Fey Crossing option still appears on the Map Selection screen (no idea why). I'll go back to playing as usual, then. That was weird.

I assume you mean something like the following:



"Return: Fey Crossing" (yellow characters) is meant for a weekly quest but "Fey Crossing" (grey characters) is somehow on top of it. That is the mess they created.
