Wings of Bahamut Appearance item?

The wings of bahamut was a one time only claim item after purchasing the dragonbone legend pack, but here we are 19 mods after the pack was released and we still dont have a way to reclaim this appearance item on any of our alt characters, unbind or even share this item on our account. and even being one of the nicest transmute items for a cloak it has yet to be added as a legendary chase item in the dungeons. its an item already in the game, why not let us have access to using it on all of our alt characters if we've purchased the pack when it was available, or at the least add it as a chase item so that those of us that want it have the ability to get it again.
