Shard maintenance - Please check forums? Patch notes?

Since these updates seem to only show up in NW news (https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news), maybe the maintenance message shouldn't say "Please check the forums." Often, there's no mention of it in the forums and latest patch notes here is from May 5.

Apparently patch notes are posted as "news" now rather than in the patch notes forum.

Patch notes is almost never (if not never) posted in patch note forum. Patch notes forum posts only post a link to the news.
