Ancient dragon reward bug - not receive drop

I did Ancient dragon with Limited Conditioning Tier 2. The reward showed a Blue Regal Insignia of Prosperity drop but I did not receive it in my inventory.
Sent a bug report and GM Ovric responded fairly quickly which was nice and passed it to the dev team.

Anyone else got the same issue?

    Nevermind figured it out, insignia drops on the floor instead auto picking up and in your inventory.
