Does anyone know what type of quests will be deleted/updated with the launch scheduled tomorrow?

I remember the release of the Reaper's Challenge and Sybella quests were all deleted. Will we see something similar to that when the new "WOD" is released? Will it affect the Stronghold adventure shard quests? Will it affect Sybella quests? Will it just affect the campaign quests for the boons, etc?

I would make sure that all the ToD legacy quests are completed and turned it before the mod releases just in case.
