Tank bonus movement speed STILL bugged

Ok this has been going on for so long now I cant understand why someone cant fix this. If you use guild movement speed &/or movement bonus enchant & you hold up your shield, you will loose the bonus movement & wont get it back until you either change toons or change the bonus movement to something else then switch back. This should be a priority fix as tanks should be running ahead of all others & not try to catch up with everyone else. As far as I know this happens on all tank classes but for sure it happens on my fighter. Please someone do something about this.
