Unlock feats

I think feats should be unlocked (just like the rest of the powers) so that players can freely experiment to determine what combinations work best for their play-style... and their roles in different content. I could understand gating this as an income source (i.e. retraining tokens), but those tokens aren't even sold in the Zen market anymore. For new players (like myself), the 60k AD price to retrain is not a throwaway amount. And that is just to make one change... if you end up wanting to go back to what you had... you have to pay another 60k AD. This just seems really costly and unnecessary and a strange way to make the game inflexible... especially for those of us starting out.
