Ps4 cant load red moves fast enough

I keep getting killed because floors wont load in dungeons and the red patches on ground when an enemy does a big attack is failing to appear. I cant dodge or move out of the way because of these latency problems. I have 500mbps internet and my ps4 shows no problems on my end. Must be your game. Please fix its embarrassing
