Profession bugs

I just maxed my armorsmithing to level 20, when I went to buy the armorsmithing masterwork tool pack from the stronghold the leatherworking tools were available for purchase and my leatherwork is only up to lvl 17. I tried to do /bug in game but nothing happened when I typed after that or just hit enter/space.
