Dragons need to spawn more frequently and more consistently in Siege event

This happens every year. I shouldn't need more than an hour to complete the event because i have to wait for TWO dragons to spawn. And that's just to complete the primary event quest. No way will I try to complete the secondary one.

    On console it’s not that bad. However, vouchers are only dropping for ONE toon and very rarely.
    This copy paste event hasn’t changed in YEARS and it was only good for voucher farming for those still leveling guilds.
    Now that’s gone too.

    Come on! I thought I could do something make some kind of progress but nope.

    I don't know how you needed an hour to do so. Did you actually stay in one instance for an hour? I did that within 15 minutes 3 times (2 times yesterday and once today). I don't jump instance. I did 2 Dragons and 5 minor HE in that 15 minutes in one instance without doing any jumping. If you do jumping, it would even be faster.

    I've had to wait longer for Cult HE's than the dragons.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Sometimes an instance will only spawn either dragons or the other HEs, just jump instances. Today I was able to complete everything in about 5 minutes in a single instance (dragons and minors were spawning at the same time).

    Honestly - comments like "i was able to do this blah blah blah" only serve to both reinforce the idea that the RNG surrounding the spawning of HEs is just terrible and that everyone's experience is different and subject to change based on circumstance. Much like the loadout switching problem did not occur for some (many?) but it was a severe problem for those afflicted with it. The suggestion to switch instances is dependent on the presence of other instances that are not full and there is no guarantee that switching will improve anything. It's still all RNG!

    Most importantly - no one should need to switch instances to complete the event quest (just the one, not even the "extra") - PERIOD! A little waiting is expected - but the BHEs should spawn within a reasonable amount of time.

    The problem with loadouts was created due to specific things happening that not all players face though. With this issue, everyone is subject to the same thing. RNG can be streaky, and it's best to break the streak by either, in this instance, switching instances (basically like adding an extra die), or just waiting for another time to do your daily if things are as slow as you say they are. I also believe that spawn times are based on how active an instance is. If there are a lot of players completing HEs, a lot will spawn. If they are being completed slower, they spawn more slowly. If you are just letting the minor HEs time out or you are one of a few in an instance, it makes sense that it could take an hour for dragons to spawn.

    10 minutes to do 2 dragons and 3 minor HEs today. Single instance. 4 for 4 within 15 minutes (no instance jumping). In these 4 tries, all the HE are taken out after it pops. i.e. no idle HE.

    May 15: 12 minutes. Mainly waited for 5 minutes for the last 2 minor HE. And before I returned the quest, I killed another 2 extra dragons.

    Why are Rank 6 enchants still for sale with the vendor?

    In some instances they take a half hour or longer before spawning 1. In others the dragons spawn back to back to back to back at times. Just like the last time the event ran.
