Can you confirm cause of death in Crown of Keldegonn???

One of my friends submitted this video to me, but I was in the run with them as well and there was nothing that we could find that could cause death this fast. The warlock in this video is 79k and end-endgame built. This is a ridiculous amount of damage to hit in this short amount of time and it is very confusing. How can 1 character go through 5 million hp in under 30 seconds?!?! https://youtu.be/BL1yYYfl4Hg

    You could look at the damage log, also may want to post in the Xbox bug forums (this is PC). I'm not familiar with Crown, but it looks like a reflect of some sort as it happened when the player attacked.

    Dying is the leading cause of death.
