Unable to start Sharandar Mastercrafting

I have level 20 in all professions. I have Chultan Masterworks unlocked and able to do in all professions. However I am still not seeing the abity to start the Sharandar Masterworks questline as no Sharandar recipe books are available to me and no quest options (if there are any) appear in Chult, Sharandar or the Stronghold. I am unable to buy any Chult recipes indicating they must all be "complete" so am I missing something or have I ran into a bug?

You can't buy Armorsmithing recipes I and II? For some people this quest is bugged (for me too), and even if they have all professions unlocked, they can't start it. If these two books are available, you can buy them and it should trigger the quest. I tested it on preview. But this is spending 1kk ad to fix old bug...

I have the same problem, I don't get the quest. I have all Chult Masterwork unlocked on all professions and of course all professions on max level. I have all purple tools in the inventory. I cannot buy or exchange any receipe nor mastertool set. But something is suspicious, if i hoover over "Armorsmithing masterwork II" in the antique exchange tab it says something like "You don't have enough statue of the great king", for all other professios something like "You cannot geht this, if you already have it." (i play german version, exact text is probably different)
