In Caer Koing. The upgrade for the Ice pick The Hammerstone Pick requires a Hammerstone Runeforge Kit. The message panel directs you to the Zen market. It's not there in the market.
Secondly unlike Dread Ring where the bounty item still drops and can be used, the bounty Item Kessell's Sigil no longer drops in Icewind Pass or Dwarven Valley.. This can be helpful for early level players.
