AD refining

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I've been playing this game since 2016 and I have always remembered my RAD being refined upon login for the first time of the day and recently I've noticed that it does not refine automatically anymore but it still tells you that it will. Can you all please look into this and fix it because this has always been helpful refining automatically and I wish you all would fix it. Thanks...

    Rough AD is refined automatically in your first login of the character if you did not refine the day before. There is an account wide 100K daily limit.

    Like I said it DONT DO IT AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DOING IT SINCE DRAGONBONE VALE DROPPED AND THE SUPPORT TEM SAID THAT IT WAS A BUG WITHIN THE GAME THAT DEVS NEED TO INVESTIGATE AND FIX IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH PROBLEM. IMA SAY IT AGAGIN IVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE MOD 11 AND MY RAD HAS ALWAYS REFINED UPPN LOGGING IN AND NOT DOING SINCE MOD 20 DROPPED TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING DONE SPENT TO MUCH TIME AND MONEY IN THIS GAME FOR THIS TO BE HAPPENING.....THANK YOU VERY MUCH

    Maybe the refine issue is somehow related to your keyboard issues, looks like you have the capslock stuck. Try unplugging the keyboard from the console and check again.

    You clearly dont have a clue what you are talking about because a keyboard has nothing to do with ingame bug issues second i DONT even have a keyboard im on a. Ps4 and use the in game keyboard. Im just trying to figure out how a keyboard that is an external device that has absolutely nothing to do with a 3rd party game im stuck on that one. This is a bug that NW needs to address and fix asap the customer support also stated in the email that it was a big in the game and that they would let devs know and also told me to post it on the forums hoping a dev would see it.
