Is Day of the Dungeon master just dungeons now?

in Player Feedback (Xbox One)
There used to be daily evaluation quests with various loots but now the evaluations appear useless.

Is this yet another example of a "rework" that just disables a load of features and leaves broken assests in the game because the current developers are incompetent?
