Omen of Despair does not update the Stalwart equip bonus

The mount, Omen of Despair comes with the Stalwart bonus at mythic quality. If a character already has the Stalwart power, the IL, Hit Points and Combined Rating aren't updated to mythic quality but remain at the same level as before. Furthermore, if you take a character without Stalwart and give the Omen so that you get the full Mythic quality, it actual downgrades by equipping a lesser quality mount with Stalwart.

Start with new character,
Equip Omen of Despair
Acquire mythic stalwart (as expected)
Acquire Epic Armored Bear
Bear shows mythic quality stats as Stalwart is owned (expected)
Equip Bear
Stalwart downgrades to Epic Quality
