Sharandar Masterwork supplements have the same stats as chultan ones

The specialised supplements from Sharandar Masterwork (such as Distilled Hermits Focus, Distilled Hermits Keep etc) have the same stats as their Chultan counterparts (Distilled Philosophers Focus, Distilled Philosophers Keep etc). I can only assume this is a bug since it seems silly to have the same stats with a higher material cost and different name, and the pure proficiency/focus supplements like the hermits medicinal tea is better than it's Chultan counterpart
